Shipping Policy

All orders ship within 1 business day of purchase.

Free shipping is available on U.S. orders over $50.
Orders under $50, as well as international orders, will be charged shipping at checkout.

Most U.S. orders are shipped via UPS or USPS First Class Mail (or comparable service).

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident ordering from Nohma Leather. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Protection (Optional at Checkout)

Customers who add Return Protection at checkout enjoy:

• Free return shipping
• No restocking/handling fee
• Original outbound shipping costs refunded
• A faster, simpler return experience

This option is available for a small fee at checkout and provides peace of mind on sizing and fit.

Standard Returns (Without Return Protection)

We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

For standard returns:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• A 10% Restocking/Handling fee is deducted from the refund
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, as shipping is a completed service

Exception: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we’ll make it right and cover all shipping costs.

This helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs to ensure returned items meet our quality standards.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Exchanges are welcome!

Customers with Return Protection receive:

✔ Free return shipping
✔ No handling fee
✔ Original shipping cost refunded

Customers without Return Protection may still exchange items:

✔ No restocking/handling fee
• Customers are responsible for return shipping

Item Condition

Items must be:

• Unworn
• Unaltered
• In original condition

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage.
